Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items showing signs of use, such as scuffs, marks, scratches, or a shutter count.
To complete your return, please ensure:
- The returned item includes the hard copy of the receipt or invoice.
- The original box, packing, and all accessories received must be included. This includes any plastic bags containing accessories.
- Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@hashtechguy.com, and we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
If you choose to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@hashtechguy.com.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items over 50.00 GBP, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of shipment.
