Shipping costs & delivery time

Hashtechguy offers Free Standard Domestic Shipping to the United Kingdom for all orders, with a standard delivery time of 8-10 working days. Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Additionally, during checkout, you have the option to select from our premium shipping services, each offering expedited delivery at varying rates. The additional shipping charges for these premium services will be added to your total order amount.

 

Liability of the courier

Please note: For orders eligible for Free Shipping, the courier company's liability covers only physical loss or damage of goods during transit, up to the maximum liability specified in their terms of service. We assume no liability and is not responsible for delays occurring after delivery. Shipping delays may occur due to various uncontrollable factors. However, Hashtechguy is dedicated to ensuring timely and intact deliveries.

*In the event of receiving a damaged or tampered package, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will be assumed to have received the package in good condition, and no further claims will be accepted.

 

Insurance

For Insured Shipping and Rush Insured Shipping orders, Hashtechguy provides coverage for physical loss or damage of goods by the courier up to the product value, allowing for a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund in case of suspected loss, please adhere to the following conditions:

1. Claims must be initiated within 10 calendar days after receiving the tracking number via email or ticket system.

2. Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or relevant party is required.

Please note:

• Claims initiated after 10 calendar days may not guarantee a full investigation by the courier.

Additional conditions for receiving a replacement or refund of the product price are as follows:

1. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods, submitted via email or our ticket system. Proof is required, including photos of the packaging (inside and outside), courier packaging, bubble wrap, and the product itself.

2. Written confirmation of loss or damage by the courier or relevant party is mandatory.

Please be aware:

• Claims made after 48 hours of receiving the goods will assume the package was received in good condition, and further claims will not be accepted.
• Insurance coverage applies only to the initial shipment. Reshipped orders are not covered by insurance.

These procedures ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction in cases of shipment issues.

 

Delivery Restrictions and Weekend Orders

Currently, we do not deliver to packing stations, post office boxes, hotels/motels, or cargo depots.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
