Free Standard Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Standard Domestic Shipping to the United Kingdom for all orders. The standard delivery time is 8 to 10 working days, with orders typically dispatched within 2  business days.

Premium Shipping Options

During checkout, you can choose from our premium shipping services for faster delivery. The additional shipping charges for these services will be added to your total order amount:

Note: The delivery times mentioned above are estimates provided by courier companies. While we strive to ensure timely and smooth deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control in the shipping process. Liability of the Courier

For orders eligible for Free Shipping, the courier's liability covers only the physical loss or damage of goods during transit, up to the maximum liability specified in their terms of service.

  • Hashtechguy assumes no liability for delays occurring after dispatch.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will be considered invalid, and we will assume the package was received in good condition.

For Insured Shipping and Rush Insured Shipping, we provide coverage for the physical loss or damage of goods during transit, up to the product value. This coverage allows for a replacement or refund.


Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders for any reason. If the return is due to a fault with the device, we will cover the return postage cost.

1-Year Warranty

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty, which includes any hardware or software issues that may arise within 12 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, screen cracks, or cosmetic damage).

At our discretion, faulty products will either be repaired or replaced.


Return Process

  1. Authorisation Required: Returns must be authorised by us. Notify us of the issue with your product, and we will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
  2. Do Not Ship Without RMA: Please do not send back the product until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from us.
  3. Sign Out of Your ID: Before returning your product:
    • Erase and reset your device to remove all personal data.
    • Sign out of your ID (e.g., Apple ID, Google account) to ensure the device can be processed.
  4. For Apple Devices: If your Apple device is inaccessible (e.g., screen damage), you can log out via iCloud.com:
    • Login to your Apple ID on another device or computer.
    • Remove the faulty device from your account and sign out of the "Find My iPhone" feature.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee (maximum £50) applies to all customer-returned items that have been unsealed and can no longer be sold as Brand New.
  • Items that are still sealed or returned due to a fault are exempt from this fee.
